Rumus Transfusi Darah

Jumlah volume = BB (kg) X 6 X (Hb normal - Hb tercatat)

Contoh :

Seorang pasien tercatat Berat Badannya 55 Kg, Hb normal 12 gram/dl, Hb tercatat adalah 8 gram/dl. Berapakah jumlah darah yang di perlukan?

Jawab :

Jumlah volume = BB (kg) X 6 X (Hb normal - Hb tercatat)

Jumlah volume = 55 Kg X 6 X ( 12gr/dl - 8 gr/dl )

                       = 330 X 4

                       = 1320 cc

Catatan :

1 PRC = 250 cc

Jadi, jumlah PRC yang di perlukan adalah 1320/250 cc = 5-6 PRC
